The holel is in a great location right downtown and across a bridge from the cable car station. The room was very large, confortable, clean, and the wifi was good. The hotel is right on the river and the room was a bit unique in that it hung out over the river and you could look down at the river from an open window. The top of the hotel is a restaurant with good food, good views of the town, and seems to be popular with locals. I had a good and confotable stay and it is a great place to stay in Chiatura.
There isn't a 24 hour reception if that is what you are looking for, but there is a phone number if you did have a problem. The room I was on a corner of the hotel and it had a lot of windows. The views were great but the room did get hot in the day, but the AC is good.
