We had an amazing stay. The room was exactly what we needed to explore Kutaisi for a couple of days. Excellent location, very central yet calm. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The host was very friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. We'd definitely stay here again!

A wonderfully arranged studio appartment with a bedroom upstairs. It is modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and making breakfast We were offered hygene products even slippers. The quality od the bed was like in a 4/5 star hotel.the host is friendly, charming , generous. There were tea bags, bottle of wine and bottles of water as a gift. Charming balcony. There is a huge bazar next to the place. We were happy to buy there stuff for breakfast

The flat is tiny but suitable for a family with 2 kids. The host speaks only georgian but her charming friend helped us with translation, it was not a problem and didnt spoil the impression. To find the place was an adventure. Navigation brought us to the building but it is huge and it is impossible to find the flat on your own without guidelines. Tip: find the back yard with the shoemaker kiosk. You will see a big old stairs that will lead to the black door on the left. The entrance door is the balcony door.

Cozy room in the heart of the city.

This place doesn't private parking, but it was relatively easy to find parking on the street.

The room is spotlessly clean, quiet, and has a fresh renovation. The kitchen is in a separate room and features a stove, microwave, kettle, washer, and dryer. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The host is extremely hospitable and responsive. She even offered all kinds of help when my husband’s back was hurting. Perfect location in the center of the Old Town — all attractions are just a short walk away.
