Karakol City Center

Close to downtown, some great restaurants around the corner. A few blocks from a main bus station. If you want fancy, privacy, locking room doors, a private non soviet sized toilet look elsewhere. It met our needs nicely. We did not have a car. There is parking. It is in a large apartment block. The owner helped us out by driving us to the Nomad games. We liked it good enough. We've stored our extra gear there while we backpacked 5 days.

It was hard to find. No chair in the room.

The place is just ok for the night taking into account the price. The host was welcoming and helpful.

I was booking a double room but the room I got had a sofa bed, so it was not especially comfortable. I don't recommend it if you will stay more than one night.
