Suvenir Hotel

Tesisin konumu ve çalışanlar çok iyiydi, genel olarak çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suvenir Hotel and would happily choose it again when visiting Baku. From the very beginning, Nijat at the reception was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The managers, Nigar and Nadin, were also very attentive and made us feel that they genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The hotel has been newly renovated and it really shows: everything feels fresh, stylish, spotless and pleasantly scented. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The location is fantastic as well – right in the center, close to everything you need and many of Baku’s main attractions. We were also happy to hear that, inshallah, their restaurant in the basement will open in October. We are sure this will make the hotel even more special. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and hospitality. We wish them lots of success for the future. We can wholeheartedly recommend Suvenir Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. A truly lovely place with wonderful people!

завтрака не было, зато был очень гостеприимный хозяин который угостил свежим кофе и домашним пирогом

отсутствие окна в номере

The room and the location was perfect. Good to explore the old city. Rooms are not big as shown in photo.

One of the staff who was cleaner over there was continuously staring if you do anything. Also everytime she use to just lock the kitchen and don't let to do anything. One of the washroom was outside and she was like you can use it. If there has to be everything personal then why are you providing the facility. Also the bed was not comfortable as well.
