La ubicación

Secret location next to the (very good!) La Taverna restaurant, at the top of the hill which is the historical city center. The location allows access to the beautiful medieval center and the platform from which the sunrise over the remote mountains can be admired. This more than compensated for the up/downhill trek to my "downtown" conference location (100 m of height difference) - note that there is a mini-metro and busses too if you don't like hiking. The studio itself is very welcoming, with a nice wooden ceiling and tasteful decoration - but also fully equipped - smartTV, coffee machine (with coffee pods offered for the mornings). I did not use the kitchen. Nice bathroom, great shower. Most of all, I enjoyed the silence at night - I slept indeed very well.

Strangely, the gurgling water of the drain collecting wastewater of the neighborhood makes quite a lot of noise, trumpeted by the water evacuation hole of the shower. This **might** be annoying at night - but there is a simple workaround: cover the evacuation with some used towel, that'll completely obliterate the obnoxious gurgling!

We loved how thoughtfully equipped the apartment was with everything you need for a stay away from home. The property was very clean, had ample toiletries, and included useful items usually not found elsewhere that improve comfort during your stay (vacuum, fan, air purifier). It was very central and only a short walk from all main attractions of the historical centre of Perugia. The host, Michela was very kind and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Location is very central but no far enough to not hear any noise. The flat is very cosy, comfortable bed and couch, very well equipped kitchen. Shower has great water pressure. And lovely communication with the host. 10/10 experience!
