We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Sasha was an amazing host — very welcoming, kind and helpful from the very beginning. The place is super clean and comfortable, and everything is well taken care of. The room was great, with an incredible view, and having a private bathroom was a huge plus. The cleaning ladies come regularly, so everything stays spotless. We also felt very safe during our stay. There is parking available for around four cars, which was very convenient for us. Honestly, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madeira! Thank you so much, Sasha! ❤️

We stayed at CoLiving for a week and had a lovely time there! The room, bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the fantastic view of Funchal and the sea whilst having dinner or breakfast! The location is particularly great, as you can walk to Funchal, as well as to the wicker sledge ride and the Palace Gardens (although the walk there and back is quite steep), and you can quickly get onto the motorway by car, allowing you to reach any part of Madeira very quick. Parking is available. We also could use the washing machine for free.

The road and the courtyard with its parking spaces are a bit narrow, so as relatively inexperienced drivers we had a bit of trouble with this at first. It’s perfectly manageable, though; you just need to be prepared for it and take your time when parking or manoeuvring in and out of a space. The rooms are a bit noisy, so you can hear when someone is in the corridor, but we didn’t hear anything from the road.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious and the view from it was amazing. We booked the smallest room tha is quite narrow, but fitted everything. If you have bigger luggages than backpacks, it may be a problem. The only inconvenience eas having the bathroom separated from our own room (the private bathroom was on the first floor and our room on the second). I spoke with the menager that says that is written in the description made by the host, but is very difficult to find that informazion on the website. Enywasy it was a very good experience, the location is perfect if you have a car, the isalnd is amazing! The host answer very quickly (in minutes) and stays on top of everything!

Be aware that our shark room is very small and the bathroom is not on suite. I would suggest not to allow the guest with theyr own apartment to use the kitchen in the main house. Beig three couple at meal time that have to cook is more than enough and it become very crowded very quickly

Beliggenheden, og stedet har grundlæggende gode muligheder for at man kan få et godt ophold, men der skal styr på rengøringen og flere andre praktiske ting for at det kan blive rigtig godt. Interiør er pænt og der er gode faciliteter i køkken-alrummet.

I de 14 dage, vi boede der, blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset og badeværelset. Der blev på alle værelser kun gjort rent, når nogen flyttede derfra, så værelset var klar til nye gæster. Det er ikke i orden, når man bor der i 2 uger. Vi og andre gæster fik kun rene håndklæder, fordi Sascha, som boede til leje i nederste etage, gav os det på forespørgsel. Vi måtte selv vaske sengetøj og håndklæder samt viskestykker og karklude fra køkken-alrummet. Heldigvis var der adgang til vaskemaskine. Det bør helt klart fremgå af beskrivelsen, at der ikke er rengøring, for det plejer der at være på tilsvarende steder, ligesom det skal være tydeligt, at man selv skal vaske håndklæder og sengetøj mv. Køkken-alrummet blev kun gjort rent én gang i forbindelse med, at der skulle komme nye gæster på to værelser. Vores private badeværelse viste sig ikke at være i sammenhæng med værelset, men på etagen nedenunder. Det burde være fremgået af beskrivelsen. Vi havde ikke fået at vide, hvor vi kunne finde nøgleboksen og fandt den kun med hjælp fra en anden gæst, fordi den er et sted, der umiddelbart virker privat, og hvor man derfor ikke vil gå ind. Da vi endelig havde fået nøglerne, passede de ikke til værelset og badeværelset, så vi kunne ikke låse nogen af delene, hvilket naturligvis ikke var i orden! Sascha var igen behjælpelig og fandt nogle nøgler, der passede. Når Sascha tager hjem, er der ingen steder, gæsterne kan få hjælp, fordi ejeren, Dennis, bor i Schweiz. Vi håber, Dennis finder en ny Sascha, der vil kunne træde til, når der opstår problemer for gæster i fremtiden, for havde Sascha ikke været der, ville flere af problemerne ikke være blevet løst.
