Comfortable loads of room beds were lovely and enjoyable to spend time there in-between visits to the NEC

I was stranded by a previous booking and this place was so convenient and last minute! Bex, the lady who contacted me, was so helpful, kind, empathetic and treated the situation so well. She couldn't have been nicer! She stayed on the phone until I was able to get into the apartment with no issues! Great customer service!
Nothing at all! Beautiful apartment.
