Excellent service & hospitality by the person at the reception desk Very responsive & helpful

Some places offer you a room; Ses Naga Inn serviced apartments makes you feel at home. Ramani Madam, Kumar and Swamy were exceptional hosts — warm, responsive and genuinely eager to help. Even before our arrival, communication was prompt and clear. The entire team treats guests like VIPs, and it seems to come naturally to them! The property has no restaurant, but that is hardly a problem. Food is arranged whenever required, and the team also helps with transportation. Their philosophy seems to be: “கவலைப்படாதீர்கள், நாங்கள் பார்த்துக்கொள்கிறோம்!” — Don't worry, we will take care of it! The rooms are spacious, but the generous additional space available to guests is almost unbelievable. You book a room and seem to get a bonus apartment thrown in! In an industry where every square foot is monetised, this is genuine value for money. There is ample parking too. The property is spotlessly clean, peaceful and well maintained. I particularly liked the thoughtful blue floor-level light, which makes nighttime movement easy without switching on harsh lights. The room lighting has few options. The built-in safety vaults are another useful touch. And the bedding deserves applause! I often struggle with unfamiliar beds, but here I slept beautifully and woke up without a backache. My back and I were finally in agreement! 😄 I particularly enjoyed my conversations with Ramani Madam. That personal warmth is what makes the place special. If you want somewhere quiet to relax, read or even write your next Booker Prize-winning novel, this could be the place! The management provides the peace and comfort; the literary genius is your responsibility! It is genuinely difficult to find fault with Ses Naga Inn. Cleanliness, space, thoughtful touches and, above all, people who genuinely care make this a wonderful stay. Ramani Madam, Kumar, Swamy and team — மனமார்ந்த நன்றி! (Heartfelt thanks!) வாழ்க! வளர்க! — May you prosper and flourish!

Scratching my head to think of finding something to criticize, However unable to find any.
