Clean, no cockroaches, Quiet, Safe,
Emanuel made it easy to check in and he was quite accommodating.
Hard to find, location on booking.com does not take you to the property so spent quite a lot of time trying to find it, and only did so when I got a pin drop from the property. so Bolt doubled the fare from the airport.
No generator… there was no power from 9am to 5pm two days in a row (not your fault but you need a back up), so I couldn’t make my online business calls, or use the communal washing machine. The flat is very dark like a cave as there are minimal natural light getting in… you only realise this when the power is off.

The fact that it felt like home without noise around.
And the price is amazing. I have been to such apartments because of the nature of my work requiring me to be in Accra for meetings and all I can say is this place is amazing
The couch was a bit not too neat so I will only recommend she tries to get it cleaned and the shower handle is spoilt so hopefully she fixes it cos I trust her on that.

I loved Everything about the property. I even extended my stay. Emmanuel (caretaker) was soo helpful. I highly recommend
It’s just the road linking to the property which is no fault of the management team. Should the roads be fixed in the coming years, this place will just be one of the best places to live in Accra.
