Nice, quiet location. Good heating. Sunny living area, nice balcony. Good supply of food staples etc.
Cleanliness was ok but could probably do with a deep clean - nothing major, just a few cobwebs, stained carpet and underlay, crumbs in the cutlery draw, walls had marks etc. No spare blankets.

Great location for us. Close to cafes, shops & parks. Good space, comfortable beds
Towel rails etc in bathrooms would be nice

Clean, modern design, big, 3 toilets, washing machine and dryer were very useful, near shops, cafe. Each room has ac. Train station within walking distance. Few stops to Melbourne city. Quick response for info and assistance from property.
One of the days there was no electricity due to electric works. The cooking pans were not in good condition.
