Spacious, modern apartment with great amenities. We used the gym daily which was definitely a nice perk for a vacation rental. THere is a large grocery store nearby and a few restaurants. It’s also very quiet which is nice.
Despite what was listed on Booking.com, the apartment does not have air conditioning. Although they provide a tower fan and with the windows open at night, you really don’t need the a/c. It is a bit of a walk (35 minutes) to the Temple Bar area but there are trams that go there.

GREAT FUNCIONALITY AND LOCATION.
EVERYTHING THAT YOU MIGHT NEED IS PROVIDED
ALMOST NEW APPARTEMENTS, WITH ALL THE AMENITIES NEEDED
THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC, JUST A SHORT WALK TO LUAS OR BUS
THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS LOVELY TO THE RIVER
SUPER SECURE AREA, WITH CAFES AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY

Great space, perfect location for us - very quiet most nights; we loved long walks into the busier areas and managed to see most of the city on foot! Very quiet place to stay over the holidays which made it a nice retreat for our family after full days out exploring!
Very minor issues were handled well by the team with some time given to assess
