quality of the rooms, beds, linen and bathrooms. location was great. rooftop terrace had a beautiful view. one of our bedrooms has a breathtaking view of the city.

not a huge choice on the buffet although what was there was good quality. Breakfast room devoid of personality set in the basement with no view. would have been lovely to have breakfast served on the roof terrace with that amazing view. weird access to adjoining units through the office area of the hotel.

Great location in the centre of the old town while being off the main square, so quite. Lovely historic building with the old part recently renovated. Very helpful staff, especially Juan, who was very knowledgable. Clean and tasteful. Great roof terrace to view the town from while having a drink

The only issue was the shower was quite small in our room. Probably not the same in other rooms; ours was at the top of the old part and an odd shape.

Very nice, atmospheric hotel in old historic part of town. Spacious room with separate bedroom. Short walk to Zocodover Plaza.

Our room was very nice, apart from very uncomfortable "designer" sofa

El personal es magnífico, el hotel precioso, y las comodidades de la habitación mejores que muchos hoteles de lujo en grandes ciudades.
