Beautiful property I loved it on the inside lovely home. Beautiful view of the sunset. Nice living area and very clean.
Unfortunately the AC went out on our last day and we sadly didn’t get to explore New Orleans more because we had to wait for the AC to get fixed. It left us unable to do things for 24 hours and in the heat through the entire day and night. Not necessarily the property’s fault but it did affect our stay.

We were always able to find parking right outside. The unit itself felt very safe with the gate and door locks. Having laundry, a dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were good sizes - we never felt cramped or in each others' way - and the thermostat was very responsive so even on the chillier nights or warmer days were were always comfortable. The location was fantastic - right above a little market, down the street from plenty of great restaurants, and walkable to the Quarter or right in front of a streetcar stop.
Couch was awkwardly small and uncomfortable, literally the only issue.
