Parking & security were excellent. Room was super clean. The bathroom was spotless! It’s a lovely room with high ceilings. Location was great for shopping. We were there for Download Festival which was about a 20 minute drive away. Very good value for money.
The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived but when I called the owner they came and aired the room and it was fine. We couldn’t open the windows but they sorted it straight away.
It really could do with a mirror in the room! The bathroom mirror the only mirror) was so high neither of us could see ourselves in it! Could also do with a bath mat when you get out of the shower & some hand towels.
