We stayed 6 nights. The rooms are very large for Japan, and the beds are doubles, we travelled with teens who had their own room. It would be good for young families, and it was nice to have some space after staying in small rooms. Kitchenette so we could cook breakfast and a supermarket and family mart within 5-10 min walk. Washing machine and dryer room in the bathroom. No staff on site but check in was fairly easy, just don't forget your door code.

Location is ok however the closest train station isn't on the main lines and you have to transfer once or twice, extra time in your day. The next best is 15 min walk. In the room, the windows don't hold the noise well and you can hear people on the street at night, and people on the floor boards in the rooms above. We had an app for white noise which helped. Also a suggestion for management to put in blockout curtains. The blinds let the light in in the morning and it would be nice to sleep in.

The location of the property is great you are a few mins walk to a subway and can be in the center of Osaka after a few minutes

We experienced issues with the air conditioning remote, which didn’t work for three out of the five days of our stay. Although the team was polite and tried to assist, they weren’t able to resolve the problem. They suggested we open the windows, but since we were on the ground floor, my children felt uncomfortable doing so as we could hear people walking and talking outside. Secondly we tried to extend our stay one additional night however as we wrote past 10 pm in the evening the reservation team told us we couldn’t as 10 pm was the latest. They did have availability but said they could confirm it as it was past 10 pm this was a surprise as it seemed nonsensical to me that they would loose the business to a hotel down the road. Eventually the next morning it was solved after asking if they could re consider and spoke to the manager.
