Used Arkan as a night over on our way to Luxor.
Don’t come here expecting 4 seasons, understand you are in a non touristic city. The rooms are new, definitely need more work since the hotel is renovated recently, the staff are very polite, overall is good for spending a night as a stop.Parking right outside and it is actually safe.Do not complain over a thing.
The only part is cleanliness, this can be improved.

The staff was nice and didn't fuss when I came 10 minutes late for checkout 😇 great base for Dandara temple
Hotel and facilities are ok but I am not sure my room had been properly cleaned but it was late at night when I arrived. One mattress was like stone, the other one you could feel the springs.
There is a mosque right next door😬
