It has a nice female only room. There are curtains for privacy. The owner is very helpful, accommodating, and prompt in response. There is a nice community area with a great community vibe. Its a great mix of people that are respectful. The bus is 3 blocks away and the sky train is about 1km. A 7-11 across the street. Its close enough to everything and far enough away from the things you don't want to be around. I extended my stay.

There was a mix up when I was first checking in but the staff was so lovely and resolved it with ease leaving me extremely happy. The room I had had 2 beds so I was able to sleep with 6 pillows! A dream come true for me. Very quiet for sleeping!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ the area was around a ton of local spots and a 711 across the road!
