Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The room is huge and it was a king sized bed. The TV has all the apps needed for entertainment when in the room. Place is clean.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing stay out of our trip. The service was a little rocky at the beginning, the place was basically empty but they seem to be confused about us arriving at check in. Afterwards, I asked at least 3 times for 2 extra pillows as my boyfriend and I need to sleep elevated, we only got one way later in the night after the last time we went to ask. We looked around to see if someone could do our laundry and decided to ask the front desk if they offered the service. They did, however, the receptionist didn't know the information (understandable as she was new) but also made no effort to look for the information. I had to press her a few times until she finally stopped talking with security and his sidekick and called her manager for the price. Final price wasn't bad ($1000dop for 2 carry ons worth of clothes). They also hace a salon on the second floor and although everyone does their part to tell you about the discount you can get as a guest, I was put off from the interaction I just had with the receptionist. This location was in smack middle of a city and its heavily transited, roads there aren't great, but the people in the town are very nice. I feel this hotel is more for the locals than foreigners as it doesn't really have a hotel feel (most definitely do not go here if you're looking for that or a resort experience). This is definitely a "get what you paid for" type of hotel, and honestly, getting an Airbnb might be better. The only reason I booked here is because they had breakfast included for a few extra bucks from a different listing that was an Airbnb; very disappointing, as the lady that makes the breakfast was very nice, but definitely does not look like anything they have in the pictures. Overall, the staff is nice, expect the reception who just dont bother to help. Would not recommend unless you want to be in that area and want something extra cheap thats not a hostel.
