Very clean and very well furnished and equipped.
Lovely big TV with plenty of channels.
No dedicated parking. It was half term holidays and Topsham was busy, we struggled to find parking.
The flat felt cramped, very small bathrooms all built into the rooms, the bedrooms are an awkward size we had difficulty moving around the beds as there was so little space.
Kitchen is very small, the fridge on the cabinet is not secured to the wall I was concerned that it might topple
I really do not like a bath in the bedroom, but appreciate that is a personal choice
