The unit is clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and the staff are accommodating
The only issue we encountered was being transferred twice to different units due to leaks in the original booking. Upon arrival, the first unit was not ready, with dirty towels, shoes, and other items left on the floor, so housekeeping had to clean it. However, we were moved again because of another leak, which consumed much of our time. The staff assured us we would be compensated for the late check-in caused by the transfers and cleaning, but they never followed through.
