I spent six wonderful days at this hotel and absolutely loved it! It’s conveniently located in the city, just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, with a supermarket right around the corner. The rooms are spacious, the view from the swimming pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing. The free airport transfers and beach shuttle were a lovely bonus. The staff made my stay extra special. From the airport team to the doorman, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They were always there whenever I needed anything. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

There were a few disappointing parts of my stay. The breakfast included with the room was nice, but the food and drinks I ordered separately, including pizza and juice, were poor quality. This was surprising because the restaurant has amazing staff and is well equipped. I hope the hotel looks into the food quality. Housekeeping could also improve. Each time I requested cleaning, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, even though a cleaning fee was charged in addition to the room rate. There was also a very strong sewage smell on the first floor, which I hope can be fixed. Checkout was particularly frustrating. After staying for six days, we were asked to wait at reception for around 15 minutes while the room was checked, even though we needed to leave to catch our flight. I understand that the hotel needs to check rooms, but this could be managed more smoothly. Housekeeping had entered our room every day, so being held up at checkout felt unnecessary, especially given the price of the stay.

The hotel offered free airport transfer, land transfer, laundry (first laundry is free), and free sunset cruise.

Excellent staff went far beyond my expectations so happy smiling at all times & any problems the staff was there professionally to help..To the management I would recommend everyone of your team to keep the great work going..10/10 👍🏻

The A/C was modern but a challenge to understand the controls..Also no sink in the toilet to wash hands?

Hotel was clean and staff were outstanding!

Beds very uncomfortable!! The windows in the rooms are also boxed up so hardly any light comes in and feels really depressing. The sun longers by the pool are very uncomfortable and the pool was also out of use for our last day which wasnt ideal!!
