Beautiful, comfortable place in a perfect location, close to everything. Easy self-check-in and quick WhatsApp responses. Despite our flight being delayed by two days, they generously provided our airport transfer for free, although it was originally paid. Special thanks to Nicole for her kindness and professionalism! She even came downstairs to help us communicate with our taxi drivers and confirm our destination. Truly exceptional hospitality!
Nothing at all. Everything was excellent!

The room was spacious with lots of storage and a good air conditioner in the room.
Entrance to the building, found it wasn't inviting when you arrived. needs more representation of the company Naman hoteliers.
