UMITO Atami Bettei

Absolutely everything! The place is incredible. I loved the room, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, everything was spotless, and the views were beautiful, the open-air bath was wonderful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

It was a beautiful presentation. We are American so the food was different for us.

It depends on your clientele. If they are Japanese, they probably love the food. As an American, it would have been nice to have coffee, an egg and toast.

The views were fantastic. The staff was super nice & attentive. Food was also amazing! The onsen with views to the Sagami Sea were something else.

Absolutely incredible stay at UMITO Atami Bettei. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and carefully thought out. The room was beautiful, spotless, and designed perfectly, but the real highlight was the breathtaking ocean view - honestly even better than the photos. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional. Every small touch, from the atmosphere to the service, made us feel relaxed and welcomed. You can really feel how much care and effort goes into creating the experience here. This ended up being one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had in Japan. Peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. We already miss waking up to that view and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended.
