Location, comfort, quick replies from staff. Very clean. Would stay again! :)
I wouldn't say disliked, but clearer instructions on how to access the smart lock and to turn off lamps.. We had to Google the lock 😅. We did giggle eventually!

The room was cut and excellent. Very clean and comfortable.
Getting access on day one was difficult but it was resolved by the follow morning. Additional formation about how to access the room easily should be made available after customer has confirmed acceptance and made full payment.

Everything was in order. I really liked Everything in there.
Not really, the room wasn't spacious enough but per UK standard, it is very okay

Photos describing how to enter the property were very helpful.
Flat was very clean, bathroom was spotless, towels were good, a few toiletries provided. Good coffee machine. Good sized fridge with small freezer inside fridge.
Flat IS SMALL, it does not have full Kitchen and the photos on the listing are incorrect and display a full kitchen which the flat does not have!
It does NOT HAVE MICROWAVE, HOB OR OVEN. ONLY A FRIDGE, COFFEE MAKER, KETTLE AND TOASTER.
You can prepare breakfast and lunch but nothing warm.
I looked at another listing in the same development. In this listing there is no explanation about the available large communal kitchen on the top floor- which is what the picture is!
