See my other review. I had no problems here.
To be honest, I kept wanting to help with the hard rubbish collection or something, but I didn’t want to pry.

Clean and the space available was sufficient. The facilities all work. While the property is shared, there is only one other housemate, a quiet and polite gentleman who is so usually absent, it’s like you have the place to yourself.
There’s nothing wrong with the property, except that there is no free space in the outdoor area (if that’s a problem for you). I was content to soak up whatever winter sun was available on the front porch as needed. It’s a nice area, friendly vibe in the neighbourhood and some great walks available along the nearby creek. I very much enjoyed walking around, visiting Bin Chicken Island, and such.
