The host was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The location was good. A family orientated housing estate which was reasonably quiet and all noise stopped after 11. Overall it was what I expected for the price.
Cleanliness overall was good in the room l, apart from a thick film of dust on top of the wardrobe which ended up on my jacket. The room was exceptionally hot due to the weather and no fans or AC was provided. The bed was old and a memory foam mattress would've have improved the sleep considerably.

Exactly what you're looking for, a bed, shower, sitting space, friendly owner, locks on doors.

Was convenient to where I needed to be, cheap and cheerful
Was quite a small room, was subject to some local noisy neighbours
