Big spacious house divided into 2 floors connected by kitchen. One side includes 2 bedrooms, dining & sitting area with a small kitchen, climb 2 stairs to balcony & again 2-3 stairs to bathroom & a big bedroom. Comfortable beds, best part was AC & fans on all the rooms. Late Check in was well explanatory, a big garage reserved for parking
There was no dishwasher, the garbage was cleared after use by the last guests I guess, it was a long walk from one of the corners bedrooms to the bathroom, little discomfort to climb & Go but we just booked for 1 night, didn’t bother much

The property is a self-contained single-bed flatlet on the ground floor close to the centre of Friedrichsdorf with its own entrance, and I was able to reserve off-street parking to the rear of the property. Clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities (sink, two hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle) and ensuite. Owner sent me a message (in German) a few hours before my arrival about the key box. Google Translate came to the rescue. There's a well-stocked Norma supermarket five minutes' walk away.

Quite close to the highway and convenient for a short stop during a trip in Germany.
Large rooms.
We appreciated the shutters to keep the light out in the morning.
Apartment is well equipped with a well-stocked kitchen.
The apartment has quite a low ceiling (maybe a converted basement ?). Doors are also low and one cannot stand straight when taking a shower.
The air was a bit stuffy, probably because the freezer had not been properly cleaned and a strong smell emanated from it.
