Good area.

Photos versus reality are different , a lot of fine tunning needs to be done. The sizes of the apartment are different than the first look of the pictures , be careful. The reality is that the photos are rating a modern apartment, in reality the floor is damaged/ walls unfinished, and a powerfully smell of dampness. Also i want to mention to be careful with the noise from the roof top of apartment , all the ventilation sistem or some system will be in your head. Pictures are different as i say. Maybe that is the reason why the apartment is listed under the roanne market housing price.
