Proximité et propreté de l’appartement, hôte disponible et sympathique

The location is the most attractive part of this place - its near the Arribat Mall and local restaurants. The apartment space is OK for 3 people and the kitchen is well equiped. The neighbours were helpful when we first arrived.
This is the worst part of the place. There is a heavy condensation in the bedroom and the bedroom floor is wet most of the time. The heater provided is not sufficient to warm up the place. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no lift. If this is stated in the booking.com info I will not book this place as I have to struggle to climb the staircase. Nothing can be done about the stairs but the owner can improve on condensation problem and the heater during winter.
