Great staff, organised only room with Terrence as requested. The pool was amazing
The white LED lights everywhere. At least should be changed to warm white.

The hotel is amazing as it is very modern and comfortable, The design of the whole place is beautiful while providing comfort and convenience. It is very close to Termini train station so it is well located without being in the busy center of Rome. It has a beautiful lounge where breakfast is served, the place is charming and staff are extremely kind. A hidden gem to stay in Rome no doubt.
I simply loved it, so much that I stayed twice already.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The wifi was superfast. The location is tremendous. The poolside open-air area is a delight. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.
Although a good choice of items was available for breakfast (including both a buffet and a la carte options), the quality was variable – for example, one day I had a slightly stale bagel, and some slightly tired smoked salmon; another day a watery poached egg; and the bread was not always fresh. The hotel should pay attention to such details because it is perfect in so many other ways!
