The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from essential appliances to a standard drip coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy together. Step outside to the spacious deck, where you can dine al fresco with seating and an electric BBQ grill while soaking in the stunning lake views. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, creating the perfect spot to curl up and relax after a day of exploring or enjoying the outdoors. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Brockway Springs #6 offers a peaceful and inviting escape.

The Space:
Whether you’re staying in the townhomes or the tower, you’ll enjoy comfortable, fully furnished accommodations with modern kitchens, wireless internet, patio furniture, and barbecues. A starter set of paper products is also provided to help make your stay hassle-free.
Guest Access:
Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool, just a short and scenic walk from the townhome. The recreation area is open year-round, with the exception of a maintenance closure for one week in both the spring and fall. It also features a clubhouse, coed sauna, and an exercise room. For outdoor activities, enjoy a lakeside tennis court and two pickleball courts, along with a pier perfect for swimming, fishing, or picking up guests arriving by boat.

Nestled on the picturesque North Shore of Lake Tahoe, our location offers a vibrant array of activities to suit every mood and lifestyle. Whether you're craving adventure with skiing and boating, looking to experience the excitement of casino nightlife, or seeking a peaceful evening by the fire, there's something for everyone. This vacation condo is the perfect retreat for an affordable family getaway, a cozy weekend escape, or an extended stay to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe.
Getting Around:
We are conveniently located near a T.A.R.T. bus stop, providing easy access to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and more. While taxis are available in the area, Uber and Lyft services are less common in North Lake Tahoe, and availability may be limited, especially in more remote areas or during peak times. It's always a good idea to plan ahead or take advantage of the reliable T.A.R.T. bus system for transportation.
Other Things to Note:
The loft space is NOT part of rental and is subject additional cleaning fee and a penalty of up to $500/night if used.
There is a three vehicle limit for this unit.

The cabin was very comfortable for our group. It was a bit dated and I’d suggest removing the carpets due to the foul smell when you walk in. Had to open the windows and sliding doors for a while in the cold. refrigerator also needs replacing. Bedrooms were good and beds not bad. View was spectacular and drowned out most of any negatives during the stay. Fireplace is nice to turn on during cold evenings.
