This studio, 1 bath condo is a 3 minute walk to Medano Beach (Cabo`s #1 year-round swimmable beach), 1 minute walk to the world famous Cabo Marina and across the street from Puerto Paraiso Mall. There are 100s of Restaurants nearby and all the night life Cabo has to offer is within walking distance.
Discover this spacious and charming studio just steps from the Cabo Marina and Medano Beach, tucked behind The Hacienda Beach Club & Residences where villas rent from $650-$7,000 USD/Night. This exclusive, low-density enclave of Oro y Azul is sure to welcome travelers from all corners of the world. You`ll be within walking distance of Médano Beach, the best beach in Cabo, as well as world-class dining, shopping, bars, and nightlife. This small complex is completely walled in with remote controlled entry and security gate.
The first-floor common area has a pool, tables with chairs and chaise lounges available to all guests and owners.
One of our hosts will meet and greet you upon your arrival. They will go over any questions you may have about the area, restaurants, activities, etc.
