This bright and airy unit is located on the fourth floor and just steps away to the beach and pool. It is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom vacation rental condo and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private screened lanai. You will enjoy this newly updated condo which features a full kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and living area with a flat panel TV, DVD player and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master suite has privacy from the living area with French doors and has a king sized bed with views of the gulf from the lanai. Sit back on your screened porch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins and pelicans! Pay laundry room available in the building.
Please note: This is a privately owned condo and guest won't have to pay a resort fee. While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to the following:

*BBQ grills
*Tennis & pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics

The kitchen is lacking some basics like coffee filters and cookie sheets for baking. Would be nice to have a few more kitchen items for those that cant eat out or dont want too every day.

I would suggest along with the online instructions that there be a small 3 ring binder with easy access instructions. I did not find the coffee filters until the last day. The tv was a bit difficult and would have been easier with some quick instructions. It took me a couple of days to find the trash bins, though the recycling bins were easy to find, It would have been nice to know about the ice cream shop, the restaurants in the main building and ordering to go at the tiki hut. It took us a while to find these lovely perks. The rug needs some rug tape and there are only 3 teaspoons. I also would have liked some baskets under the bathroom sink to accommodate storage of brushes, etc. The bed was great, the porch was lovely, we had a fantastic stay. The island is beautiful and so nice to not have huge high rise hotels.

This day was fine. It just wasn’t over the top. We’ve stayed in other locations on the island that I preferred even on sundial. We had a very clean place to stay very nicely decorated. It just seem to be missing some of the amenities that the others provided, but we would stay again.
