Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
