You’ll be just steps from gorgeous Beverly Beach when you stay at this charming, dog-friendly one-bedroom Otter Rock cottage. Part of the idyllic Alpine Chalets community, this cozy A-frame offers ocean views, WiFi, a shared outdoor fire pit, and direct beach access.
Located just south of Depoe Bay and north of Newport, Otter Rock is a peaceful, uncrowded stretch of the Central Oregon Coast—perfect for beach combing, surfing, and unwinding in nature. Walk to beloved local spots like Mo’s West for chowder with a view, Cliffside Coffee & Sweets for fresh pastries and espresso, Flying Dutchman Winery for oceanfront wine tasting, and Pura Vida Surf Shop for rentals, lessons, and local surf culture.
Inside, the cottage features classic wood paneling, hardwood floors, and a relaxed, coastal vibe. Curl up on the sofa with a good book or enjoy a movie night with cable TV and a VCR. There’s even a stereo with CD player, so feel free to bring your favorite music from home.
The full kitchen makes it easy to prep everything from quick snacks to home-cooked meals. Whether you're making pancakes in the morning or seafood stew at night, you'll have everything you need—including that perfect sunset stroll while the dishes soak in the sink. Don’t forget the marshmallows for s’mores by the fire pit!
The main floor bedroom includes a cozy queen-sized bed, soft lighting for nighttime reading.
Upstairs, the loft features another queen bed— not ideal for kids or anyone not comfortable with the steep stairs—allowing the home to sleep four guests comfortably (with a maximum of six).
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience, and from the living room, you’ll even catch a glimpse of the ocean. Whether you're storm-watching in winter or enjoying summer sunshine, this cottage is a perfect coastal escape.
2 dogs are welcome in this home with a pet fee - please add the pet fee while creating your reservation. No other animals are permitted without prior approval.

Such a quaint little cabin at the beach. MyFamily and I loved our stay. The chalet was stocked well and everything was nice and clean. Only thing I wish was that the washer and dryer worked, but we made do. Having the beach so close was amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Fun simple A-frame cabin on the far end of the property. Cozy layout. Comfortable beds including the pull out couch. Also worked well for our black lab dog. Very friendly and helpful host.

Property was centrally located for easy day trips. Loved that we could walk out our door and within 3 minutes be on the oceanfront! House was stocked with dishes, pots and pans if you want to cook.Appreciated the coffee and pot to start off our adventures. Unit was quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

We love the chalet. Great place to walk our dog. The trail to the ocean is fantastic. Has everything we need.
