Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. In addition, there`s a paid parking lot right behind the building.
Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This room is great. It is the perfect room for two people, and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed linens were very comfortable. The room is not even a 2 minute walk to the metro and has plenty of restaurants and services nearby. The host left a few recommendations of where to get groceries and some restaurants which I found to be very helpful. The host is also very responsive and let us check in a couple hours early once the room was ready, and when we had an issue loading the link with the passcode to our room, he responded within five minutes with our code. The only downside was not a big deal at all, the listing advertises soap which we did not have in our room so when we went to shower we only had shampoo and conditioner, but even having those was a privilege and we used the grocery location he wrote about to get some soap afterwards.

Excellent stay. Host was available, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the impeccable cleaning standards, and comfortable bed & linens. I would stay again and will recommend!
