This is a great apartment. Wonderful views, clean and spacious, easy access. Great communication with Host. Look forward to staying here again.

You won’t be disappointed with this penthouse apartment. Very nice and clean with two private balconies. Easy access to Times Square,Broadway shows, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Several subway stations are close by if you want to travel around Manhattan. Barron was a great host, communicated very well, and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. I would 100% book this property again!

Great PH, amazing view, hope to stay there again.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to New York City. While there were some positives, there were also a few important concerns future guests should be aware of.The biggest issue was that the unit we received did not match the listing photos we originally booked. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told it was a “penthouse with two king beds” and considered the same “level” as what I reserved. However, I was not able to view the original listing again, as I was told it had already been taken, which made it difficult to verify the discrepancy.Safety was another concern. The smoke detectors in the unit were disabled upon arrival. After notifying the property manager, I was told a work order would be placed. During our entire 4-night stay, only one detector was reinstalled, which was unsettling. There is also ongoing construction across the street, which created consistent noise throughout our stay. That said, there were some positives—the unit was clean, the views were beautiful, and the location is very convenient to Times Square and many major attractions.Overall, while the location and cleanliness were great, the mismatch in the listing and the safety concerns impacted our experience.
