Electricity consumption is not included in the rental and has to be paid on-site. We require a $200 USD cash deposit at arrival.
The deposit is applied to electrical used and collected at check-in. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out for kilowatt usage. If guests electrical charges do not exceed $200 during the stay, we will refund the difference at checkout. If charges exceed $200, you will be responsible for the difference.
This is the estimated daily electricity consumption if the air conditioner is used at night.
