⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 30 m² (323 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and, once it is open, there is little room left to open suitcases.
* The apartment has no built-in air conditioning: a portable air conditioner is provided, but a window has to be left ajar for its exhaust hose, and it struggles to cool the apartment during heatwaves. Guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep in summer.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in a quiet, safe part of the 7th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Vaneau metro station (line 10), at ground level, which is handy with luggage, with a separate bedroom, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment also provides a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, bed linens, and towels for each stay.

Cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper.
