The property includes a private integral parking space, set beneath the first floor and accessed through a secure gate. Internally you will find a generously sized living area, separate dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. Downstairs at the rear, there is a very spacious bedroom, with ensuite shower room and Pool Table. Upstairs you will find the family bathroom, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom with en-suite, and an additional double bed. Externally there is a small enclosed yard at the rear, with a small table, and seating for two.

Just a short stroll from the famous lake, you can enjoy scenic cruises, paddleboarding, kayaking, or hiring a rowing boat for a peaceful glide across the water with breathtaking fell views all around.
