A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Perched above the glorious southern coastline just outside of Skala village, the fabulous sea views from Blue Sea are appreciated from every level of this modern, charming house.
This wonderful location is right on the seafront however, and the swimming pool and terrace at the front of the villa create a sublime skyline of pool and sea.
The smart, informal décor of the interiors is welcoming and relaxed, just as a beachfront house should be, with browns and lilacs offering a pretty backdrop to the dramatic sea panoramas around the pool.
The open plan living dining and kitchen area have patio doors that open out onto the terrace with a pergola offering shade over the outdoor dining area, perfect for leisurely lunches outdoors. The twin bedroom also opens onto the terrace and upstairs the lovely master bedroom has another seating area and a splendid glass panelled balcony that does justice to the vistas.
Additional note:
Dear guests, we would like to inform you that there has been an update of the tourist tax "Climate Crisis Durability Tax" in Greece. From 01-01-2024, this tax will be collected by the owner at the accommodation and the cost of the tax will be 15 € per night.
