Great location for downtown st Pete. Basic place to stay but that’s all we needed. Perfect for the weekend.

I stay in St Pete for the month of February every year and this is the best stay I’ve had! The space was bright and spacious for myself and a small dog, with great wifi. Nicely decorated, renovated and modern, it’s steps from both the waterfront parks and all the shops, bars and restaurants on Central. This place is ideal.
