Welcome to a dynamic vacation home just a stone's throw away from the Tramser See. From the outset, you'll be enveloped in nature's embrace and tranquility. This contemporary pool house caters to all tastes, accommodating up to 16 guests across six stylishly furnished bedrooms and two snug loft areas, perfect for kids and teens. There's ample space for family, friends, or colleagues to enjoy a comfortable holiday together. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, providing plenty of space for socializing, whether you're cooking in the modern kitchen or relaxing around the dining table. After dinner, unwind in the cozy sofa area. For endless entertainment, head to the spacious activity room, where you can indulge in billiards, table football, darts, and table tennis. Spectators can enjoy drinks from the house bar while cheering on players. The excitement continues in the pool area, featuring a private pool and water slide, promising hours of fun for all ages. To unwind, retreat to the expansive terrace for a tranquil experience. Relax in the outdoor whirlpool and sauna, then refresh under the outdoor shower, basking in the open sky. The terrace also offers a barbecue and garden furniture for al fresco dining. Younger guests can enjoy the swings, trampoline, and play tower, ensuring everyone has fun. Out of consideration for the neighbours, including permanent residents in the area, we would like to expressly point out that there must be quiet in the area after 10:00 p.m. The outdoor spa may therefore not be used after this time.
