There is a nice Italian restaurant in in walking distance, and it is very close to the Ringling museum. The host was very responsive, it is a very nice little house to stay in. The layout is good, and the area in the backyard is an added plus.

We really liked the house. Plenty of room for 2 couples. A very nice side patio with table and chairs. Close to the beaches and we made use of the beach equipment included at the house (4 chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 umbrellas, a small cooler bag and a wagon).

Host was easy to communicate with. House was so nice and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Only thing to point out would be the master bed is very soft - if you're not used to that - some back pain in the morning, but nothing the ocean can't fix.

Check-in was easy. 5 of us (2 cpuples and one teen) stayed in this cute craftman-style bungalow in a nice residential neighborhood with a coffee shop in easy walking distance. The proximity to the Ringling Museum, downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, etc is excellent! The house was very clean and well-stocked with basic necessities. There's also a small Walmart nearby for essentials. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this rental unit for a future visit. I just wish we had stayed longer!
