Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, located within a gated multi-unit property at 1127 Calle Piccioni.



Look for the charming house marked with the number 1127 in white, with a distinctive wooden gate out front

Pedestrian access is through the wooden gate — a keypad to the left unlocks it with your personal entry code, sent before arrival

The parking entrance is separate, on the right side of the house via Calle Luisa, leading to 3 private parking spaces

Once inside the gate, guests turn left, follow the path, then turn right to reach Unit 6 — no stairs involved, all on one level

Self check-in — no front desk or host meeting required, so you can settle in at your own pace

Shared pool on-site, open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Communal laundry area located right next to Unit 6, available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
