Wake up to Florence’s red-tiled rooftops with the Duomo framed right outside your window. Set at the top of a 15th-century palace on elegant Via Maggio, this 646-sq-ft (60 m²) open-plan loft blends Renaissance character with modern comfort. Sunlight pours through tall windows onto rustic wooden ceilings and curated antique pieces, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere that feels unmistakably Florentine. Step outside and you’re a short walk from Palazzo Pitti, Piazza Santo Spirito, and Via de’ Tornabuoni, an ideal base for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring artisan workshops. Designed for two, it’s a romantic hideaway for couples or a refined retreat for solo travelers who want a true city-center experience.

This is a bright, open-plan loft thoughtfully laid out for easy living. A comfortable queen-size bed anchors the sleeping area, while the living zone offers cozy seating for reading, relaxing, or planning your day. An elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a boutique-hotel feel. The kitchenette is set up for light meals and morning coffee, with a stovetop/cooker, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine. High wooden ceilings and large windows make the apartment feel airy and calm, and carefully chosen antiques highlight the history of the building without sacrificing comfort.

From the windows you’ll enjoy a sweeping 180° city panorama that includes the Florence Cathedral (Duomo) and the classic terracotta rooftops. The vantage point at the top of the palace gives you a front-row seat to sunrise over the skyline and golden evening light across the Oltrarno.
