A full kitchen and comfortable living area make it easy to settle in. Stairs connect the floors and are required during your stay.
The townhouse is arranged over three levels, with two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a living area and a full kitchen. The balcony provides outdoor seating space. One private on-site parking space is included free of charge.

A Cashel Street location in central Christchurch, convenient for dining, shopping and exploring the city.
One free private on-site parking space is included. Leave the car parked while exploring nearby city areas on foot, or use local transport for longer journeys.

Please notice this is a three storey building, you must climb stairs.
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door

The home was cute and simple. A few missing items in the kitchen like scissors and a good frying pan. Location was excellent. Neighbourhood was great! Beds and bathroom amenities were perfect. Laundry was very helpful. Access to garbage and recycling was easy. Parking spot was 10/10. Windows weren’t sealed tight when closed so that was some chattering on windy nights but not horrible. Overall it was a great experience and I’d book the same place if I went back to Christchurch. Lots of choices for breakfast and coffee nearby. Nothing is perfect but this accommodation was not a disappointment.
