🔅🏊‍♂️In the outdoor areas, you’ll find a spacious 9-meter by 5-meter pool with two depth levels (1.20 and 1.80 meters), as well as a portable grill, 2 tables with umbrellas for family lunches, and 3 lounge chairs (please bring your own beach and bath towels)

The pool table may only be used by adults or under adult supervision.
If stains appear on the pool table cloth, the entire cloth must be replaced at a cost of 450 soles, regardless of whether the stains are small or large and caused by grease and/or liquids; therefore, it is not permitted to place drinks or food on the pool table.

🚘🚙There is space to park up to 5 cars on the property; the house has 24-hour video surveillance cameras in the parking area and outside the house.
🌐The house has Wi-Fi with a speed of 50 Mbps, and the pool has an automatic circulation system that runs for 2 hours a day

🧷Things to keep in mind to make the most of your stay at our facility:

🔎Before a guest’s arrival, we perform a thorough and complete cleaning of the facilities, and our staff will not enter until check-in, when they will accompany the guest to show them around the facilities and explain how to use them

1. Please bring your own bug spray, sunscreen, towels, and personal hygiene items to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.
2. During your stay, guests are responsible for any trash generated in their room and in common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, karaoke room, etc.).
The reservation fee does NOT include cleaning service. Please note that the property must be left free of organic and inorganic waste, and with clean dishes, to avoid an additional cleaning fee of 100 soles (it is not necessary to clean the grill).
3. During your stay, we will be available via WhatsApp and/or in person (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) should you require assistance.
4. The pool is properly disinfected. If your stay is 5 days or longer, the pool will be disinfected again upon prior agreement with the guests.
5. It is important to remember that there must be no noise (loud shouting or music) in the green areas or playground after 7 p.m.; only karaoke may be used after that time, even throughout the early morning.
6. If you choose the option for up to 16 guests and more people arrive, please note that:
-There is a charge of 100 soles for each additional person (except for infants under 2 years of age)
-We do not provide additional beds or linens beyond those described in the listing.

Guest Access
Guests may use the entire house except for the room designated for the caretaker, which will be shown to them at check-in.
The caretaker’s room has a separate street entrance from the area used by guests, so the house is private for the group staying there.
The house has a total area of 1,350 m² and is fully fenced.
Guests may not climb onto the roofs of the house or scale the walls of neighboring houses.
