When we purchased and later furnished the YUCCA apartment, we imagined ourselves as clients, so we paid maximum attention to every detail, so that satisfaction would be complete for you, dear customer.

The location mattered the most, the apartment being located 200 meters from the Marina di Olbia tourist port, a 20-minute walk from Olbia airport and a few hundred meters from a large supermarket, two km from the entrance to the highway that crosses the island.

We sought to offer our clients the opportunity to enjoy relaxation outside, in a chic courtyard, with the possibility of sitting during the day under the shade fabrics, or in the evening, with a glass of wine, on the armchairs and sofa.

The apartment is not large, it has 33 square meters inside and the same area in the outdoor courtyard, but we tried to arrange it as ergonomically as possible, together with the architects we worked with on the project.
