For a breathtaking view of Florence’s skyline, you can take a short walk up to the Orti del Parnaso viewpoint. Additionally, the area is close to the Stibbert Museum, home to an impressive collection of historical arms and armor. The apartment is situated between two characteristic railway lines, but despite this, the location is quite peaceful, as trains pass by infrequently and at low speeds.

For those arriving from Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can take the T2 tram to Firenze S.M.N., then transfer to the T1, exiting at Statuto.

For travelers coming by car, the best motorway exit is Firenze Nord from the A1, providing convenient access to the apartment. The location also allows easy connections to Florence's Statuto station, with trains running to Pisa, Livorno, and other key destinations. Whether you’re arriving by train, car, or plane, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring both Florence and the wider Tuscany region.
